Delete Your Data
You can remove every piece of data Stratvo holds from your connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account in under a minute. This page explains the three ways to do it.
Option 1 — From inside Stratvo (recommended)
- Sign in at https://stratvo.com/dashboard/settings?tab=social.
- Find the Facebook or Instagram connection you want to remove.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
We immediately revoke the stored access token, delete every scheduled post tied to that connection, and remove the connection record. Disconnecting one platform does not affect the others.
Option 2 — From Facebook
- Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Choose Apps and Websites.
- Select Stratvo Publishing, then click Remove.
Meta will notify our deauthorize callback within seconds. We mark your connection revoked, halt any scheduled publishes, and delete stored tokens within 24 hours. If you also requested data deletion in the same flow, Meta sends us a separate data-deletion callback and we return a confirmation code you can track at the URL Meta shows you.
Option 3 — Email request
Email support@stratvo.com from the address registered on your account with the subject line "Delete my data". We will confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion within seven days.
What gets deleted
- Encrypted Meta access tokens for the disconnected account.
- Connection records (Page ID, IG Business user ID, profile picture URL).
- Any scheduled posts on that connection that have not yet been published.
- Cached post content tied to that connection.
We do not retain the content of posts that were already published to Meta - those live on Facebook or Instagram and are owned by you, removable from the platform itself.
Tracking a Meta-initiated request
If you removed the app from your Facebook profile and selected the data-deletion option, Meta gave you a status URL. Visit https://stratvo.com/data-deletion/status and paste your confirmation code to see whether deletion has completed.
