2. Description of Service

Stratvo is a content service that helps businesses and creators plan their social media content. We use artificial intelligence to generate personalised monthly content strategies, delivered as weekly plans across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Reddit.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5a. Connecting Social Accounts & Authorisation to Publish

Stratvo can publish content directly to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts that you connect via the official Meta OAuth flow. By connecting an account you grant Stratvo a limited, revocable licence to:

• Read the connected Page or IG Business account's public profile fields (name, ID, username, profile picture) for display in the dashboard.
• Publish content that you have authored and explicitly scheduled inside Stratvo to the account you have selected, at the time you have specified.
• Read the resulting platform-side post ID and basic post metadata so you can deep-link from your calendar.

You confirm that (a) you own or are an authorised administrator of every account you connect, (b) the content you schedule is your own or properly licensed, and (c) the content complies with the rules of the destination platform — including Meta's Community Standards, Instagram's Community Guidelines, and the Facebook Platform Terms. Stratvo will not, and is not authorised to, publish content you have not explicitly scheduled.

You may revoke this licence at any time from the Connected Accounts tab insideStratvo, from your Facebook account's Apps and Websites settings, or by writing to support@stratvo.com. On revocation we delete stored access tokens within 24 hours and cancel any scheduled posts that have not yet been published.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law, or under the guarantee set out below. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

The 90-Day Growth Guarantee

Publish what we make for 90 days. If you haven't grown, every month back.

To qualify, you must:

• Connect the channels you want us to post to.
• Approve and publish at least 60 of the posts we build you across the 90 days.
• Your 90 days run from the day your paid subscription starts.
• Claim within 14 days after they end.

We compare the 90 days before you joined against your most recent 90 days. If any channel you connected has grown in either reach or engagement, the claim does not succeed. If none of them has grown on either measure, we refund what you paid for the months you have used.

Where we hold enough of your pre-signup history, we measure it from our records. Where we do not, we ask you for your own platform analytics covering both periods. Those figures decide the claim for that channel, and the burden is on us to show growth from them. We cannot assess a channel you do not provide figures for, and a channel we cannot assess cannot support a claim: we refund only where every channel you connected has been assessed and none has grown.

If you had no posts or followers on a channel before you joined, there is no baseline to compare it against. Any activity there counts as growth from zero, so you cannot claim on that channel.

We refund the months you have used up to your claim. If you paid annually, we refund those months and cancel the rest of your term unused.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
